As the Director of Data Management, your role would focus on overseeing how data is collected, managed, and used within the organization to drive business insights, ensure data quality, and support strategic decision-making.

Lead the Data Science charter by innovation and POC deployment

• Gain deep understanding of the model inventory and the model risk management framework and life cycle of the client
• Validate CCAR Stress Testing for PPNR, balance sheet, scenario design and loss forecasting models used for internal risk management and provisioning as well as regulatory submissions

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, including GenAI, MLOps, NLP, and agentic workflows, ensuring solutions are cutting-edge. o Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Develop, test, and maintain analytical models to solve complex business problems across domains such as supply chain, marketing, sales, R&D, and operations.
