Hiring guidance:

The typical education and professional experience for a Junior Software Engineer is a bachelor's degree plus up to 2 years of relevant working experience or working in similar role. Alternatively, a fresh graduate with an excellent grade percent average may be hired directly into this role. A successful candidate has basic programming experience, preferably in Python and/or Java and knowledge of software development lifecycle, databases (SQL) and operating systems.
