Specialist SAP Platform OperationsTasks

· Conception, implementation, and support of complex SAP system landscapes (SAP Basis Operations)

· Install, configure and operate SAP platforms and related processes/tools (i.e. SAP LaMa, SAP Solution Manager)

· Plan and implement migrations and upgrades as well as continuous adoption of SAP landscape to actual requirements (Life-Cycle-Management)

· Ensure service level agreements (Monitoring, support, performance optimization)

· Contact person and consultant at the interface to SAP application development, cyber security, identity & access management, and hosting team

· Participation and possible lead on projects within SAP operations, such as migrations and upgrades

· Participation in on call duty in a Follow-the-Sun support modelRequirements

· Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification

· Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration including databases (SAP NetWeaver, S4/HANA, HANA 2.0 Database, Sybase ASE) on Linux platform

· Operational experience on Linux operating systems with shell scripting

· Experience in setting up, administering and operating hybrid system environments (on-premise/cloud) as well as automating operations

· Knowledge of the architecture and technical design of SAP systems and related processes (application development, operating systems, virtualization, cloud)

· SAP BTP experience would be a plus

· Working experience in international teams and projects

· Very good knowledge of English language, written and spoken

· Strong service orientation, communication, and moderation skills in an international contextTotal Exp- 5- 7 years

Job purpose: The Service Manager will be part of the global delivery team to oversee in-charge region's technical aspects of e-Store business platform and to lead regional L2, L3, technical members as eStore operations lead.

The role covers eStore operations team's responsibilities and performance outcome.Location- Gurgaon

Shift- Rotational shift, Hybrid

Key accountability:

• Main point of contact for support service
• Act as senior consultant for Regional ITC by providing technical advice and consultation on eStore platform
• Clarify each region's requirement for eStore maintenance or enhancement
• Co-ordinated with maintenance team regarding requirements from Subs(e.g. predefined solutions, guidelines, bug-fix and any source code modification within 5 MD)
• Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between Subs/Regional ITC and maintenance team to evaluate, prioritize and manage all the requests escalated
• Perform resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery requirement
• Develop work plan for deliverables
• Ensure that deliverables are achieved beyond client expectation
• Report delivery status to client and develop delivery documentations
• Provide support to respective countries during different time zones
• Develop own professional learning of SAP Hybris products/technologies and solutions, Should be self-motivated to keep himself/herself updated on latest SAP Hybris product/ technologies and Solutions
• Improve consulting skills, application and implementation expertise in the product and industry
• Supervise team members to determine how well they function in their jobs on a day-to-day basis
• Provide coaching & development

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science, software engineering
• Must have knowledge of Hybris as well as ticketing tools like JIRA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills required
• Should have 7+ years of experience in e-Commerce technologies like SAP Hybris.

Experience:

• Experience in working with users to define their business requirements
• 10+years of experience in managing Operations, out of which 7+ years of experience preferably around e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris
• Should have B2B/ B2C domain experience
• Knowledge of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Strong organizational skills, Proven record of making operations efficient and in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices
