This is part of the D&A Insights team for the client. Majority of the work would be into production support, incident handling, ticket resolutions, enhancing the existing projects and capabilities with respect to Data Analytics. We are looking for a leader with 14-18 years of experience and good experience into Managed Services teams and organisations. THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED ON US TIMINGS AND WILL HAVE ROTATIONAL SHIFTS.
