JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a highly-capable SharePoint administrator to manage our SharePoint environment. You will be configuring our SharePoint platform, configuring subsites, adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures.To ensure success as a SharePoint administrator, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users. An outstanding SharePoint administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.Responsibilities:· Support end-user support such as creating user account, configuring site collection, manage user permission, and website and Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.· Installing/Configuring the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.· Review, analyze, and evaluate Business User needs to provide efficient and innovate solutions· Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.· Monitoring service response time and tuning the performance.· Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.· Answering troubleshooting requests· Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.· Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data in coordination with respective Server team.· Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.· Perform other duties as assigned primarily in Jira/Confluence.Experience and Skill Requirements:· Must -o BE/B.Tech with 5+ years of experiences as an enterprise level SharePoint administrator.o Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PowerShell.o Experience in maintenance of the SharePoint platform including version updates, patches.o Hand-on experience with SharePoint 2019 & SharePoint Online including OneDrive, eDiscovery, and Enterprise search.o Explicit Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for taskso SharePoint design, implementation, and deployment experience at enterprise levelo Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines since user will be directly with client & users and this is IC role.· Good to haveo ASP.NET/C# Development, SQL Server (SQL queries)o Jira/Confluence - working knowledge.o Foundation knowledge of Cloud environment and Infrastructures.o Experience with Jira/Confluence preferredo Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLocation- GurgaonShift- Rotational Shift
