As a Product Manager in New Delhi, you'll oversee the development and management of technology products, ensuring they align with user needs and organisational goals in the human services sector.
Enterprise Technology Leader is responsible for transforming enterprise technology infrastructure and operations into an AI‑driven, autonomous, secure, and future‑ready digital ecosystem. The role leads global technology operations-covering digital workplace, service desk, asset management, automation, and large partner ecosystems-while driving strategic roadmaps, operational excellence, and end‑user experience enhancement.
This is a unique "full-stack" product role where you will be both the strategic architect-deciding between PLG and Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions-and the operational lead driving execution. Beyond optimizing the funnel, you will own specific product features and capabilities, evolving the product based on direct learnings from onboarding and scaling customers.
Own acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization initiatives for one of India's largest consumer apps, with clear accountability for revenue and growth metrics. Partner closely with founders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, run experiments, and build products that delight users while driving business outcomes.
This role will define and execute the organization's digital technology strategy, driving AI adoption, innovation, automation, and digital transformation across global business functions. The successful candidate will build scalable capabilities, lead high-impact programs, and ensure technology investments deliver tangible business outcomes
