Nilay is the managing director of PageGroup Singapore, responsible for growing our recruitment business across the Michael Page and Page Personnel brands. He began his career in recruitment with Michael Page Singapore in 2008 and since then has run businesses across a number of areas including Banking, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain as well as Healthcare & Life Sciences. He also has expertise working on executive level recruitment where he recruited senior professionals across Singapore and South East Asia. Nilay took on the challenge of launching the Michael Page India business when he moved to New Delhi in 2011. He established strong recruitment teams across various business functions in India and successfully partnered with companies to build their shared services hubs in parts of India. After nurturing a complete local leadership team by 2015, he moved back to head the Singapore business as regional director in 2016. Nilay was appointed managing director in 2018 and continues to grow profitability in a mature market and develop leadership talent within the business.
Nilay graduated with a B.Eng Hons in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore.
