Job Description



  • Lead and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.


  • Drive brand positioning, executive messaging, and media relations to strengthen market presence.


  • Manage internal communications, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives.


  • Oversee digital platforms, content creation, and thought leadership across channels.


  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on communication matters, including crisis and reputation management.


  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and ensure participation in key forums, industry events and conferences



The Successful Applicant



  • 15-20 years of rich experience in marketing and corporate communications, preferably with exposure to telecom, infrastructure, or technology sectors.


  • Strong internal communications acumen with a track record of crafting executive messaging and driving employee engagement.


  • Excellent storytelling ability with strong visual and written communication skills.


  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of digital platforms, branding principles, and stakeholder engagement.


  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaborations.


  • Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
