The Manager - Business Development will spearhead client engagement from project acquisition to execution, focusing on Operations Risk Management, Operations Excellence, and Sustainability. The Manager must have excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills coupled with strong expertise and proven experience in the focus industries.
This position will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our office assets (commercial).
You will be leading a large team of SDRs(20+) handing global regions, majorly US and Canada. Reportinf directly to founders.
